Our delivery app at delivery.thepattern.gr allows customers to place food and beverage orders online for delivery to addresses within our delivery zone in Nikiti and the surrounding Sithonia area.
3. Orders & Availability
All orders placed through our delivery app are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or information, or suspected misuse. In the event of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Prices
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and may change without prior notice. The final price is confirmed at checkout before payment is completed. Delivery fees, if applicable, are displayed separately before order confirmation.
5. Online Payments
Online payments for delivery orders are processed securely through Viva Payments, a licensed payment institution regulated by the Bank of Greece. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
The Pattern Bistro & Gelateria does not store or have access to your card details. All payment data is handled exclusively by Viva Payments in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Upon successful payment you will receive an order confirmation. If a payment fails, no charge will be applied and you will be invited to retry or use an alternative payment method.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverages, the right of withdrawal does not apply once an order has been prepared. Returns, refunds, or replacements are only provided in cases of incorrect, incomplete, or defective orders.

Estimated collection or delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. We make reasonable efforts to prepare and deliver orders as promptly as possible.
